Unsafe to voice them,

Unsafe to act

Guards who swear

Protection and safety

Would not hesitate

To break the pact

The worth of life

Is not much more

Than a few bills of cash

We take to our keyboards

And Facebook and Twitter

In a hurry to bash

To lash

Out at the world – the system that seems so unfair

But none of us can dare

To actually care

Enough to start with ourselves

And change what we can.
